We want you to love your jewelry! If something isn’t right:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• To start a return, email us at Sales@clairessupport.com.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
